Day 01: Arrive Mumbai / Delhi After you arrive in Mumbai or Delhi international airport our representative will take you to the pre booked hotel of your choice. You can spend the rest of the day shedding off your weariness before you begin your Cultural Kerala Tour. Overnight stay at Mumbai / Delhi. Day 02: Mumbai / Delhi - Thiruvananthapuram – Kovalam Next morning, we will escort you to the airport for an early flight to Thiruvananthapuram, the first stop on your Tour to Cultural Kerala. From here our chauffeur driven vehicle will take you to Kovalam, the city of exotic beaches and fun filled water sports. Try our exhilarating activities such as surfing, catamaran rides and swimming to make your Kerala tour truly charming. Once in Kovalam you check into a hotel and spend the day in leisure exploring the serene beaches of Kerala. Overnight stay at Kovalam. Day 03: Kovalam The Cultural Kerala Tour begins with your excursion to Kanyakumari in the second half of the 3rd day. Here you get to see the amazing Padmanabhapuram Palace followed by breathtaking views of the sunset and moonrise over the vast Indian Ocean at Kanyakumari. In the evening you will return to Kovalam for an overnight stay. Day 04: Kovalam You will be taken to Trivandrum for some sightseeing after breakfast in your hotel. Enjoy exploring the various sightseeing attractions in Trivandrum which are of cultural significance. These attractions include the famous Shri Padmanabha Swami Temple, Sri Chitra Art Gallery, Napier Museum, Zoological Gardens, famous Kanakakunnu Palace and the Reptile House Observatory. After spending a leisurely afternoon we come back to Kovalam and spend the night here. Day 05: Kovalam – Quilon or Kollam The Cultural Kerala Tour takes you to Quilon or Kollam, on day 5 as part of this Kerala Itinerary. After breakfast you will be driven to Quilon which is a traditional spice trade center of the medieval times. This city is also known for its cashew nuts and delicious cuisine. In Quilon you will check into a hotel to refresh yourself. We will then take you to a tour to the cultural sites of the place such as sites of the ruins of the historic temples built in ornate style and nearby traditional village, which will bring you up close life style and Cultural of the local people here. Overnight stay at Quilon. Day 6 & 7: Quilon – Alleppey Enjoy the most awaited part of your Cultural Kerala Tour on day 6 and 7 as you embark on the Kettuvallam, the traditional houseboat of Kerala. Some of the animals you can spot here are wild boars, sambars, elephants, dhole (wild dogs), langur monkeys and more. Again you can enjoy a joy ride on the lake after lunch. Overnight stay at Periyar. Day 10: Periyar – Munnar This extended India Tour takes you to Munnar next, the celebrated Hill station of Kerala. A drive after breakfast will take you to Munnar, which is blessed with beautiful mountain ranges, misty waterfalls and a refreshing environment.
